| I thought my old vacuum was doing a good job! Wrong! This Dyson Root Cyclone DC 14 is putting it to shame. I've used Bissel, Eureka, Dirt Devil & Kirby(the cadillac back in the day)& none come close to the cleaning ability of the Dyson. Spend the extra money, mine came with a five year warranty. You will not be dissapointed. |

| I purchased this vacuum cleaner from Costco 4 years ago. Due to the high price I expected the materials to be of high quality. We have had several plastic pieces break off of the machine that make it impossible to use. The warranty has expired (mine was only covered for 2 years), so as far as I'm concerned it was not worth the price. |
